I LOVE coming here. This is the spot I take out of town friends and family. It's fun, a vibe, fantastic drinks, shows if you order bottle service, good music, and incredible food. Dustin was my server tonight and I adore him. I ordered my husband the "golden shower" drink and Dustin poured it in his mouth and it was SO much fun. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Chips were hot and fresh, salsa was delicious, drinks looked and tasted delicious, food came out fast and all tasted excellent. Only downside was service was a little slow, sat for quite awhile before getting our order taken and the restaurant was pretty empty. But once things were ordered we received everything quickly. More

Viviana was amazing !!!! Great atmosphere & vibe at this restaurant. It gives club vibes but still calm enough to converse. We had a party of 7 and came for a birthday. I got the mango colada & birria quesadilla. Both were delicious!!! Would def recommend for birthdays or date night!! More

Absolutely loved celebrating my engagement and bridesmaids while dining here! They were short staff but the service and experience was really nice. Shout out to Didiana!!! She was amazing juggling many roles yet still providing great service to our table. I will be back! We really enjoyed this restaurant, they were very busy but made sure we had good service. The food was excellent and the margaritas were much better than I expect in the Raleigh area. I live in Texas and was not disappointed in the food. If you are looking for a quiet spot this would probably not be your first choice, but if you like a lively and friendly crowd with great food and drinks give it a try! I had seen the restaurant from the outside a while ago, and today my family and I decided to try it. It was the best decision. Of all the dishes we ate, I couldn't decide which one was the best. Every dish, every sauce, the dessert, and the best part, the service! Manuel served us; he was excellent with us, very attentive, gave us good recommendations, and was attentive at every moment. La buena vida is somewhere great to go to celebrate your birthday. I had a great time last night and our waitress Cora did a great job of assisting us throughout the night. My friends and I had a great first time here. The food was excellent and well-priced. Our server Greymar was adorable and very attentive. I enjoyed my spicy pineapple margarita, but it was a little weak for my tastes. Also, I will say that this place is definitely more of a party vibe. We were seated directly under the speaker and the music was blasting, making it hard to have a conversation with my friends. Greymar did turn it down because we asked. So I’m going to be as fair with this review as possible. The food is decent here and I will say management was extremely reasonable with the way things were handled, where I would come back. I got take out from this place a little bit ago and ordered a fair amount of food. I ordered the Chilaquiles. These were decent. Not the greatest presentation, and unfortunately they were soggy when I got to eat it (due to me doing take out) but again they were decent. I also got the Empanadas de Tinga, which were disappointing because of the amount of chicken you get with it, which was barely any. I could have imagined they would have been incredible had there been a normal amount of chicken in there. I also got the Enchiladas Verde, which also was an ok to good dish, it was a nice portion and the enchiladas were tasty. The best item that I ended up have by a mile was the Platano Rellano. This dish was outstanding, with the plantains which were cooked beautifully and the chicken and sauce on it was a dish I’ve never had before. I definitely would be ordering this again. Lastly, one dish I had to return was the steak tacos. Which all of this was ordered online and on toast, the photo of the steak tacos were completely different from the ones I received. All different ingredients and the amount of steak that came with it was again, barely any at all. Fortunately management rectified my refund for the steak tacos and even refunded the empanadas, which I didn’t say anything about because of the time it took to get the refund initiated. My family and I tried La Buena Vida for this first time and we were very impressed and pleased. The food was great and the drink selection is really fun with an extensive menu with drawings of the drinks. Interesting names and glasses they serve them in makes it fun. Beautiful venue. I fell in love with the ambience. The food is deliciously authentic and the drinks look exactly as they do on the menu, and they were well made; not watered down. Friendly service, didnt take too long for order to arrive but we also went on a Wednesday night. The guac was better than Mi Cancun - can you believe that?! The steak tacos were perfect. I held onto 1 of 3 tacos just to savor it later bc it was so good. Bingo nights are on Fridays- I think I'm going to make this a regular spot for my Bingo nights simply bc the drinks were impressive and not crazy price considering the quality. Such a cute spot! Music was great, ambiance was great. The fried beer battered Mahi-Mahi tacos, the Smokey asada tacos and the mango mojito mocktail were all amazing! Mojitos are half-off Sundays. All tacos are half-off during happy hour 11-5. The Hawaiian fajitas was also a sight to be seen, so much sizzling cheese topping fajitas served in a grilled half pineapple! Staff was very friendly. Decremented a star for some undercooked bacon wrapped shrimp we couldn’t eat, which they did comp which was appreciated. I’d go back again for the two tacos and mojito mocktail anytime! A group of friends came tonight for one of my friend’s 21st birthday dinner. Our server Greyber did such an incredible job taking care of all of us. He was super attentive and made sure the birthday girl had the best time. The food was also incredible. I ordered the Birria Rolls and they were presented beautifully and tasted even better. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday and had an absolute blast. The staff was attentive, the food was delicious and the party kept going until we shut the place down. Rodrigo, our waiter, did an excellent job in making sure we were very well taken care of. We tried several different drinks, but I’d say our favorite was the bathtime served in a mini bathtub with lights and a rubber ducky.
